Howard F. Casey Named To Post At USMMA

Howard F. Casey has been appointed Assistant Superintendent for Planning and Administration at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, N.Y. Mr. Casey, who had served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Maritime Affairs with
